The Council has sanctioned the submission of the following Grace to the Regent House at a Congregation to be held on 24 July 2025, in addition to Graces 1 and 2 (Reporter, 6792, 2024–25, p. 734).
3. Regulation 1 of the Ordinance for Admission to Degrees (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 170) notwithstanding, Olivia Jane Dovernor of St John’s College be approved for admission to the degree of Doctor of Philosophy either in person or in absence, and an Order be issued to this effect.1
1The Council is giving due notice in accordance with Regulation 20 of the Ordinance for Graces and Congregations of a Grace (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 111) to approve the conferment of a degree on an individual student, which Grace is intended to be submitted to the Regent House at the Congregation called for Thursday, 24 July 2025 under Regulation 16(a) of the said Ordinance (see also Regulation 4(a) of the Ordinance for Admission to Degrees (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 170)).
