The Wallitt Foundation Fund

1. The funds received from The Wallitt Foundation, together with such other sums as may be received or applied for the same purpose, shall form an endowment fund called The Wallitt Foundation Fund to support widening participation activities in the Department of Psychiatry with a preference for supporting the Cambridge Access to Mental Health and Psychology Summer CAMP (or a successor group that promotes postgraduate study by those from under-represented groups).

2. The Managers shall be responsible for the administration of the Fund and the application of its income and shall comprise three persons, at least two of whom shall be members of the Faculty of Clinical Medicine, appointed by the Council of the School of Clinical Medicine who shall serve for such periods as the Council shall determine.^[1] The Council of the School shall appoint one of the three Managers as Chair for the duration of their appointment as a Manager.

3. Subject to Regulation 4, the income of the Fund shall be applied in accordance with Regulation 1.

4. Any unexpended income in any financial year may, at the discretion of the Managers, be carried forward for use as income in accordance with Regulation 3 in any one or more subsequent financial years.

^[1] The Council of the School of Clinical Medicine has agreed to appoint the Bernard Wolfe Professor of Health Neuroimaging as Chair, and the Director of Research in Psychiatric Neuroimaging and the Education Supervisor of the Department of Psychiatry as the remaining two Managers, all ex officio, until further notice.
