The Council submits the following Graces to the Regent House. These Graces, unless they are withdrawn or a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 111), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 12 December 2025. Further information on requests for a ballot or the amendment of Graces is available to members of the Regent House on the Regent House Petitions site.§
1. That, on the recommendation of the Council and the Nominating Committee, Mr Stephen David Wilson be appointed a member of the Council in class (e) for four years from 1 January 2026.
2. That Regulation 1(h) of the Ordinance for the University Sports Committee (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 143) be amended to read as follows:1
(h)the Senior Member of the Blues Committee
and a student member appointed by the Blues Committee;
1The Council, on the recommendation of the University Sports Committee and the General Board, is proposing this amendment to the Committee’s membership to reflect the merger of the Men’s Blues Committee and the Women’s Blues Committee.
