Gillian Jondorf, M.A., Ph.D., Life Fellow and formerly Vice-Mistress and Director of Studies in Modern Languages of Girton College and sometime University Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages, now the Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages and Linguistics, died on 26 March 2026, aged 88 years.
Professor Rex Edward Britter, M.A., Emeritus Fellow and formerly Director of Studies in Engineering of Pembroke College, Emeritus Professor of Environmental Fluid Dynamics, co-founder of Cambridge Environmental Research Consultants (CERC), died on 3 May 2026, aged 79 years.
